Robot and Software Training
We offer operator training in topics such as robot applications, programming, and maintenance at our Cranston, RI headquarters or at regional training centers in Atlanta, GA, Elk Grove Village, IL, Brighton, MI, El Paso, TX, and Corona, CA. Yushin can also provide classes on-site at customer locations.
Maintenance Training (3-day course)

Learn maintenance and repair procedures from Yushin personnel in this hands-on course. It is recommended that only personnel who are involved with robot maintenance and set-up attend this class.
$950.00 per person (includes training materials). Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the student(s).

Flexible Teach Software Training (3-day course)

Learn how to program and integrate your plant's robots and downstream equipment with our FLX software. Taught in our own dedicated classroom. It is recommended that only personnel who perform robot software programming attend this class. Software users must have a general knowledge of computers and a basic understanding of ladder logic control or flow-chart based programming.
$950.00 per person (includes training materials). Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the student(s).

Robot Operator Training (1-day course)

This class is usually offered on the Monday preceding our FLX Software Training classes, as a one-day primer to familiarize new Yushin students with basic robot safety, functions, and operation.
$200.00 per person (includes training materials). Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the student(s).

On-Site Training - Basic Operation & Maintenance

A Yushin instructor will visit your facility to train personnel in basic robot operation and maintenance.
$4000.00 (includes 3 days at customer's facility, one day of travel). Inclusive of travel time, travel expenses (except airfare), and living expenses. Airfare is not included. A max. of four students per training session is requested. A training room equipped with a dry erase board, a computer for each student, and a robot that is not in production must be available for the training.
On-Site Training - Flex Programming Training

A Yushin instructor will visit your facility to train personnel in the use of Flexible Teaching Software.
$4000.00 (includes 3 days at customer's facility, one day of travel). Inclusive of travel time, travel expenses (except airfare), and living expenses. Airfare is not included. A max. of four students per training session is requested. A training room equipped with a dry erase board, power outlets for five laptops, and a robot with the Flexible Teach Software loaded that is not in production must be available for the training.

With state funding, our FLX Software, Maintenance, and Robot Operator classes become an even more cost-effective means to unlock your Yushin robots' full potential and increase your productivity. Training Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Class registrations are not confirmed until billing information received in full.
- Customer request for course cancellation or credit of registration fees toward another course must be submitted via email to training@yushin.com with the word Cancellation in the subject line. Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
- Customer may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge.
- Customer request for class cancellation must be received by Yushin America at least 14 full calendar days prior to scheduled start date in order for customer to receive a full refund/credit of registration fees paid.
- Cancellation requests less than 14 full calendar days prior to the class start date are billed 70% of the registration fee.
- No-shows to class will be billed the full registration fee.
- Cancellation or no-show fees cannot be applied towards future classes.
Cancellation by Yushin
- Yushin reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to customer at least 7 calendar days prior to scheduled commencement date.
- In the event of cancellation by Yushin, customer may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative class(s).
Yushin will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer. |
