Come by and watch the turn-key automation process in action! \nLearn more about the event here \n\n\n\nBrief description of our working cells:\nAutomation Cell One\nPlastic resin will be injected into a 1 cavity Frisbee mold in Fortune’s 150-ton injection molding machine to fill and form the frisbee shape. Yushin’s high-end YDII-1025S large take-out robot and single cavity End-Of-Arm-Tool will pick up the final molded frisbee from the mold and place them on a rolling conveyor. There will also be an OB7 collaborative robot waiting at the end to stack the frisbees on a table. \nAutomation Cell Two\nPlastic resin will be injected into a 2 cavity enclosure container in a JSW 150-ton injection molding machine to fill and form the an enclosure clam case.
