Description:

This tooling quick change module permits fast, accurate and repeatable tooling changes.  It has provisions to connect with up to four pneumatic circuits (vacuum and or pressure) and up to nine low voltage electrical circuits with one common ground. Payload is a maximum of 35 kg (77.16 lbs) although the specific robot model may have a lower maximum payload.

Target range: 600 tf to 1300 tf

  • Manual valve kit allows the tool to be removed via a valve mounted at the end of the robot arm extrusion.
  • The standard quick change will allow for the use of up to 4 standard inputs on the robot terminal block.
  • The electrical option 10 will allow for the use of up to 8 inputs in addition to +24 and 24G. This also comes with a cable down the robot arm
  • The electrical option 20 will allow for the use of up to 18 inputs in addition to +24 and 24G. This also comes with a cable down the robot arm
