We are excited once again to be partnering with Integrated Plastics Machinery in BOOTH#3945 to deliver this fully functioning automation cell that will showcase our products and capabilities. Come by and watch the turn-key automation process in action!
Brief description of our working cell:
Plastic resin will be injected into a 1 cavity Frisbee mold in Fortune’s 150-ton injection molding machine to fill and form the frisbee shape. Yushin’s high-end YCII-150S take-out robot and single cavity End-Of-Arm-Tool will pick up the final molded frisbee from the mold and place them on a rolling conveyor. There will also be an OB7 collaborative robot waiting at the end to stack the frisbees on a table.
Also partnering with Yushin and showcasing another full automation cell in BOOTH#3945 is JSW (The Japan Steel Works of America).
