Yushin America Inc. is looking for a Sales Support Administrator for our facility in Cranston, RI. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting our customers and performing various administrative tasks. These tasks include telephone support, data entry, coordinating emails and documents for different projects, assembling and proofreading quotes, and creating and filing electronic files.
The position will work with:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Oracle (ERP system)
- Sales Force (CRM system)
- Excellent time management skills
Position is on site – Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
