Brief description of our working cells:

Full working Automation Demo Cell One:

Plastic resin will be injected into a Tweezer mold in JSW’s 180-ton injection molding machine to fill and form the tweezer shape. Yushin’s high-end FRA-0515S-15-8.5-C1  high-end take-out robot and End-Of-Arm-Tool will pick up the final molded tweezers from the mold and place them on a rolling conveyor.
