3-Axis Take-Out Robots for Injection Molding

Yushin 3-axis take-out robots use controlled Cartesian motion to remove molded parts from the open mold and transfer them to a downstream position. For injection molding applications, the right configuration depends on mold access, part and EOAT payload, required stroke, take-out time, and placement requirements. Where additional part orientation is needed, engineered EOAT or an appropriate NC servo wrist configuration can be evaluated.
