The MKA-2000S is designed for approximately 800–3,000 ton IMMs, while the LA Series targets 600–1,500 ton machines with clamping forces of 1,300–2,500 tf. Together, they cover the full spectrum of large and ultra-large horizontal injection molding machines commonly used in automotive Tier-1/Tier-2 and appliance production.

Yes. Both the MKA-2000S and LA Series support downstream integration with palletizers, gate-cut stations, and assembly cells. Their EOAT interfaces include heavy ISO flanges, multi-zone vacuum, and multi-cylinder mechanical clamps, making them ready for full lights-out large-part automation cells without additional modifications.

These robots are engineered for large, high-mass molded parts including automotive bumper fascias, instrument-panel substrates, tailgate skins, and fender liners; large industrial containers and IBC tank components; white-goods items such as washer drums and dishwasher tubs; and outdoor furniture and large consumer goods molded on 800-ton-plus IMMs.

Heavy-duty traversing robots feature reinforced bases, oversized linear guides, and high-torque servos sized for sustained large-part duty cycles. Unlike the standard YD/YD2 class, they offer extended traverse reach, much higher payload ratings, and EOAT interfaces built for large ISO flanges—capabilities that standard robots cannot deliver for large-tonnage cells.

The LA Series is compatible with two controllers: the E-touch II with IP44 rating for industrial environments, and the E-touch Compact-YC handheld controller. Both support recipe portability across the broader Yushin fleet, so operators familiar with other Yushin robots can transition to large-part cells with minimal retraining.

Yes. Both the MKA-2000S and LA Series are designed for lights-out and unattended operation. They support downstream integration with automated palletizing, gate-cutting, and conveyor systems, and Yushin's controller platform includes recipe memory and HMI capabilities that enable fully automated, unmanned large-part production cells running extended shifts.
