Cartesian take-out robots use linear motion to enter the mold area, remove molded parts, and place them at a downstream location such as a conveyor, fixture, inspection station, or packaging process. In injection molding, this architecture fits the repeatable pick-and-place geometry of the molding cell: a fixed pick point at the mold and a fixed place point downstream. Yushin America helps molders select Cartesian take-out automation based on IMM layout, part weight plus EOAT, cycle-time requirements, mold access, and downstream handling needs.

A Cartesian take-out robot moves along linear X, Y, and Z axes to extract a molded part from the injection molding machine and place it at a downstream location. This is the standard automation architecture for injection molding part extraction.
